Charity has been in front of my lens since she was a little girl. It's sad to think about that sweet face and her beautiful, deep, soulful eyes, but, I have LOVED watching her grow into a gorgeous, young lady!
We knew we wanted to incorporate Charity's love of the surroundings of Eastern Kentucky and some water element.
My favorite part of her session was when we pulled off on the side of the road in Leslie County at a random barn and got chased by dogs. :).
Come to think of it, we were in danger for much of the shoot. I remember her mom, Patty picking up a "SNAKE STICK".
If you live in the mountains like we do and shoot in the woods, creeks, and rocks, snake sticks are important.
I once photographed a senior who laid down on a wall and kicked her boots up, only to have a snake wrapped around each boot.
I RAN, and she, just got up and kicked them off! YeeeeeHawwww!
